From train station Central Station: Bus 22 to Duinzigt or bus 29 to Waalsdorp. Leave the bus at the 'Bronovo Ziekenhuis' stop. From there it is a 2 minute walk to Frederik Barracks.
From Central Station and Holland Spoor Station, take tram 9 to Scheveningen Noorderstrand. Leave the tram at the 'Riouwstraat' stop. Walk alongside the water. At the viaduct turn right, cross the road and walk along Waalsdorperweg until you come to the Van der Burchlaan (+/- 10 minutes).
