Uniforms, emblems and badges
Military personnel have different uniforms for different occasions, the best-known of which is combat dress.
Besides rank insignia, they also wear badges on their uniforms. The emblems on the badges tell us to which unit the soldier belongs, and sometimes also what his or her job is.
