Uniforms, emblems and badges

Regimental traditions

The armed forces used to be divided into regiments. Nowadays, the current units carry on the traditions of the old regiments and honour certain customs. This enhances the esprit de corps, morale and team spirit.

Museum

There are many museums and collections which are related to the army. The best known is the Army Museum in Delft, where visitors can take a closer look at the traditions and history of the army. For more information, please visit the English website of the Army Museum.
